We would like to take this opportunity to thank Martin Lewis for his generous donation to our organisation today.
Accepting this donation means that we can put some more resources in to front line services that will help make a difference to those who are worried about, or struggling with their money.
Our services are at breaking point due to the amount of excessive demand that we have for them.
With the donation gifted to us from Martin Lewis, it means that we can help more people and address our very long waiting list for services. We know that people are facing uncertainty and fear over whether they will have enough money to cope with the cost of living increase, Utility Bill increases, NI increases, Council Tax increases (despite the £150 gesture from the government). For small Charities like ours, we constantly rely on external funding in order to deliver front line services to those so desperately in need. Money Buddies will now be able to meet more of the ever growing demand we have for our services.
Don’t get me wrong, Charities like ours still need more resources in order to meet the demand for our services, and the money that Martin has donated to us today, goes a long way to helping us, and for this we thank him very much.
